 Visits patients for interview and documents food preference and allergies.
 Follow up patient order for accuracy of diet order and served.
 Establish and maintain effective communication with medical nursing, administration and food service stuff.
 Provide in service education for food services employees regarding policies, diet therapy, hygiene, and food safety and infection control in the department.
 Provide counseling with patients. Regarding selection and procurement of the food to meet their needed nutritional requirement.
 Develops / uses and evaluated educational materials related to services.
 To meet in/out patients approaching the Hospital, understand their needs and provide them with services suited to their requirements
In a professional and pleasing manner.
 Assist my Supervisor and Officer in Charge in the smooth functioning of the area.
