- Developing an agency’s digital design capability through leadership and inventive concepts.

- Responsible for all Graphics Design and UI/UX Design for Smart phones Applications and websites
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
- Creating project deliverables that clearly and persuasively communicate the UX strategy and the reasoning behind it. Deliverables include project plans, discovery findings, research protocols, research findings, personas, task lists, workflows, wireframes, page maps, interaction and behavior specs, and more.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
- Designing and developing websites and create fully working HTML/CSS/JS prototypes
- Take ownership and acts as project manager for all website-related projects. Communicate progress regularly to all project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
