My responsibility is to carry on all the tasks of arranging patient appointments, preparing there medical files, operations arrangements and medical reports.
As a customer service representative my basic role is to ensure a high standard of customer service which should exceed the customers expectations, and handle all patient's complaints.

As a flight attendant my basic job was to ensure the safety and security of passengers, and as team work we help each other to achieve career goals, while providing out standing customer service.
As a purser flight attendant my responsibility was to have the overall responsibility to the aircraft commander for the conduct, co-ordination and performance of the cabin operations and safety duties in addition to oversee the work of the other attendants aboard the aircraft, while performing most of the same duties.
