July 2009 up to date: working as Operation Coordinator in (Fun City Egypt) Land Mark Group, 6 October City (Magic Land Project).
Duties:-
- Coordinate between operation department & other departments.
- Handling Communication between operation department &out sources.
- Handling the petty cash for operation department.
- Follow up the staff schedule.
- Somehow, manage the staff pantries on Admin building.
- Arrange the operation meeting.
- to produce correspondence and documents, and maintain presentations, spreadsheets and databases;Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power point, Excel, Access, etc.,
- Arranging meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes;Invoicing
- Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies;
- Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
- Assisting on recruiting, training and supervising junior staff, and delegating work as required;
- Manipulating complex statistical data;
- Assisting team or manager to take notes at meetings, take dictation and provide general assistance with presentations.
- Arranging both in-house & external events.
