Preparing and Publishing Arabic/English online recruitment Ads on the company's face book page and other sites.
Filtering &screening CVs of the candidates.
Answering applicants' inquiries on face book and other websites in a friendly and professional manner according to the company's standards.
Handling skype interviews for the applicants.
Electronic marketing, web search for agents in Gulf countries in need for recruiting Egyptian employees and getting in contact with them to introduce our profile and corporate offers.

Main duties & Tasks:-
Starting from July 2008 - Sep.2010 working as a PA to the CEO
Translating documents from English into Arabic and from Arabic into English.
Handling incoming / outgoing emails & faxes.
Handling incoming / outgoing quotations & issuing purchasing orders. Responsible for company's face book page:
1- To post up to dates and photos of the activities and projects of the company.
2- Answering our clients' inquiries and following up on their needs.
3- Marketing campaigns for our new projects on Face book, sending proposals for potential clients and responding to first and second level of inquiries, including all the correspondence and admin work.
In charge of reservations, booking & scheduling meetings.
