As a call taker; I response to life threaten emergencies like;
-Fire Out break
-Collapse building
-Floods
-Rape
-Arm robbery attack
-Treat
-Civil unrest
-Death, etc
I will get all important informations from the distress caller and report it to their respective response agencies;which will give me a feed back on the emergency, which I will now document into the emergency files in the computer.
