• Change Request Management: Analysis, Design, Testing, Documentation
• IT Support Ticketing: Triage, Analysis, Resolution
• Coordination with Client Business: Issue Analysis, Solution Provision
• Escalation Management: Coordination with Abjayon Team (L2)
• Collaboration with Functional and Technical Resources
• Defect Testing and Resolution
• Performance Optimization
• Reporting: Weekly/Monthly Status Reports
• Billing Process Participation and Issue Resolution
• Business Process Guidance and Documentation
