What is Jazz Business Consultant?

A consultant specializing in Jazz Business will provide guidance and specialized knowledge to government clients, assisting them in enhancing their business performance by utilizing Jazz's extensive GSM, ICT, and Cloud services.

In this role, the Jazz Business Consultant will establish and nurture enduring relationships with clients, focusing on ensuring engagement, upselling, retention, and satisfaction. This position falls under the Business to Government (B2G) department, reporting directly to the Regional Head B2G, who oversees a team of Business Consultants across the region.

What does Jazz Business Consultant do?

• Engage with clients to gain a thorough understanding of their businesses and tailor solutions that align with their specific needs.
• Achieve monthly Sales/Revenue targets by promoting various products such as GSM, M2M/IoT, Fixed Data, Cloud and DFS.
• Drive business development in diverse Government verticals while ensuring adherence to compliance procedures.
• Meet Retention & Recovery Targets for the assigned portfolio.
• Negotiate with prospects on commercial terms of proposals, considering organizational revenue and profitability targets.
• Notify the segments team about relevant Bids/RFPs/EOIs related to Jazz Business Solutions and assist in the preparation.
• Collaborate continuously with internal stakeholders, including B2G Planning, Marketing, Operation & Customer Engagement, B2G Planning, Channel Planning & Development, Product Teams and Bid Management.

Requirements

• Seeking a dynamic, assertive, persistent, and motivated candidate to identify opportunities for Jazz Business Solutions in the Government sector.
• Proficient in grasping new technologies such as digitalization, cloud computing, big data, security, ad-tech, IT hardware sales, and M2M/IoT.
• Proven track record in sales within the Government sector, particularly in internet/data-related products, GSM-based solutions, fixed connectivity, DFS Solution (M wallets), and cloud computing.
• Extensive experience collaborating with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), Cloud service providers, System Integrators, and Technology companies.
• Holds a Bachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably in a blend of Engineering/IT and Business.
• Requires strong selling, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively convey viewpoints to potential clients and internal management.
• Capable of translating business requirements into high-level design language.
• Possesses excellent market insight into the Government segment.
• Specialized in Portfolio Management.
