Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing the daily operation for mechanical and electrical engineering department in the organization which is
including the below activities:
• Coordination activates between technical office and sites as following:
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
• Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
• Following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Determining project changes.
• Providing administrative support as needed.
• Undertaking project tasks as required.
• Developing project strategies.
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
• Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
• Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
• Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
a. Mechanical Scope
i. HVAC including chillers, AHU, chiller pumps, VRF system, Ventilation fans, ducting
and grills.
ii. Firefighting including piping, sprinklers, fire pump, FCH, FH, water curt system,
FM200 system, CO2 system and foam system.
iii. Plumping system including drainage, water supply and irrigation system.
b. Electrical Scope
i. Power system including cables, cable tray, UPS/CPS, MSDP, MCC
ii. Lighting system including lighting equipment’s, wiring, sockets and boxes.
iii. BMS & TMCS
iv. ICT
• Insert the clash Matrix in to Navisworks clash tests.
• Generate Clash Report using Navisworks.
• Create initial Revit project setup with workflow documents.
• Provide an insight for the project constraints and assumptions ( Scope, Cost, Schedule, Quality, Risk)
• Defining and validate project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Ensuring that all elements of a project are executed accurately and within time and budget/ accurately
estimating and meeting deadlines.
• Establishing milestones, anticipating issues, and monitoring adherence to project scope, schedules and
requirements.
• Tracking and reporting on the status of projects to stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder's requirement, expectation and engagement.
• Interact on daily basis with the stakeholders to endure a smooth operation.
• Attending regular meetings with stakeholders (CJV, BACS, RAMPED, CE1, CE2, DJV and FCC).
• Provide potential resolutions for the escalated issues.
• Identifying areas for process improvement.
• Ensuring harmonious working relationships with suppliers.

• Housing Unit's quantities: 198 units.
• Basement: including car parking and entertainment area (Ladies Club, Gymnasium, Auditoriums, Market,
Swim pool, Cafeteria and Kindergarten)
• Mechanical Budget: Around 34 Million SR.
• Deliverables: HAVC, Plumping, Fire Fighting, Swimming pools and irrigation systems.
2- Al Rehab Residential Compound - Riyadh:
Project Sponsor: AL SAEDAN REAL STATE
Project Description:
• Total lot area: 40790 Square meters.
• Housing Unit's quantities: 246 units.
• Basement: entertainment area (Squash courts, Gymnasium, Market, Swim pool, Main Kitchen with
Restaurant, Cafeteria and Kindergarten)
• Mechanical Budget: Around 58 Million SR.
• Deliverables: HAVC, Plumping, Fire Fighting, Swimming pools and irrigation systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing Projects under Large Projects category in the organization which is including the below activities:
• Accountable for end-to-end project lifecycle.
• Defining project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Pricing of the company's projects, take off quantities of materials and make the selection as per specification
and drawings.
• Plan Project execution on day to day basis, for effective implementation, quality control & monitor progress
of work to meet completion schedules.
• Supervision of the procurement department, Preparing “Material Submittals” for materials & obtain
approval from the Consultants.
• Provide Mechanical Engineering expertise and technical advice to other members of the team.
• Tracking and reporting on the status of projects to stakeholders.
• Identifying risks and road blocks that may hinder a project.
• Agreeing the timescales, costs and resources needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Rehabilitation of the mechanical infrastructure in the hospitals (Non-Medical Systems) in wide range in
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia .Defining project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Preparing and finalizing the project scope statement documents.
• Preparing and finalizing the procurement documents (Project work statement, BOQ, Tender Drawing,
Specification).
• Invite the potential sellers for bid.
• Review the seller's submittals and weighting them in a weighting system matrix and submitted to the project
spencer.
• Coordinate the day to day activities between project stakeholders and balance their expectation and
requirements.
