- Preparation of plans and strategies necessary to improve the work of the department.
- Supervision of the various departments of the IT, and to the staff meeting periodically to discuss obstacles to work, and motivate employees to develop work .
- Implement / Manage VMware vSphere ESXI clusters, HP Blade Servers, Cisco UCS, Nutanix, AD, LDAP, NTP, DHCP.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
- Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.

- Overseeing the provision of technical support and technical staff of the Council, and the preparation of training courses in the field of information technology, needed to improve the work .
- Put Correct structural setting to build the network, and supervision of processing.
- Installing, supporting and maintaining new server hardware and software infrastructure;
- Managing email, anti-spam and virus protection;
- Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords;
- Monitoring network usage & Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
- ensuring the most cost-effective and efficient use of servers.
- Linking the headquarters of the Council, in Ramallah and Gaza, through video conference, and archiving sessions and outputs of the committees and the media and workshops electronically.
- Suggesting and providing IT solutions to business and management problems.
- Ensuring that all IT equipment complies with industry standards.
- Analyzing and resolving faults, ranging from a major system crash to a forgotten password.
- Undertaking routine preventative measures and implementing, maintaining and monitoring network security, particularly if the network connects to the internet;

- I finished my academic study in 10 semesters instead of 10. - We study in Electrical engineering , Network and information technology. - I have a bachelor’s degree in communication & control engineering and my courses centered on physics, electronics I II, math, mechanical engineering, power systems, communication I II, digital control and circuitry.
