As a project lead, functional areas included Cost Estimation, Project Execution, Cost Controlling & Reporting of
Reliability Assessment and Asset Integrity Services for tanks, vessels, piping, pipeline and lifting equipment.
► Lead the biggest project of Velosi Pakistan i.e. ‘NDT & Mechanical Integrity Assessment of OGDCL Assets’
worked on several Remaining Life Assessment and NDT projects, worth PKR 100 Million.
► Lead the team of engineers which inspected more than 2000 CNG stations, Project worth PKR 50 Million.
► Acted as report reviewer for VELOSI Pakistan’s all pre-shipment and stage inspection projects.
► Developed mass flow rate calibration system for CNG dispenser, resulted in Saving of PKR 3 million.
► Managed all asset integrity assessments projects including but not limited to Lifting Equipment Inspection, in-service and shop fabrication inspections for Vessels, Exchangers, and Piping.

Key responsibilities and accomplishments:
► Developed procedures for progress monitoring of 115, 000 bbl/day capacity BYCO petroleum refinery project, worth 40 Billion PKR. Monitored the site progress and inspected the facilities as per client requirement.
► Inspected several LPG storage & bottling plants in different areas of Pakistan for clients such as SHELL Gas, Power Gas and FONGAS. This includes inspection of Pressure Vessels, plant piping fire water pumps and monitoring system as per NFPA 58, API and ASME codes.
► Design vetting & inspection of LPG plant of Pakistan Petroleum Limited at Hala Early Production Facility.
SEFEC is providing fabrication & erection services to many major names in the oil & gas, refining, fertilizer, chemical, petrochemical, sugar, cement and power sectors.
Key responsibilities and accomplishments:
Major works involved project management, cost estimation, planning & scheduling activities for fabrication and erection of heat exchangers, pressure vessels and storage tanks.
► Involved in monitoring & scheduling of various construction projects for the Clients i.e. NRL. OMV MOL, ARL, ENGRO, FFBL, Ssangyong.
► Cost Controlling / Estimation, Planning, Procurement & Manufacturing of all type of static equipment.
► Successfully finished the fabrication of steel pile casings project for KPT, worth PKR 15 million
► Completion of pressure vessels fabrication projects for multinational clients like MOL & OMV.
► Fabrication of U-Tube Bundle & Heat Exchangers for Attock Refinery Limited
► Fabrication of 03 Nos. Vessels for MOL Pakistan Oil & Gas C.O B.V., Cost PKR 08 Million.
Successfully finished the master's in "Asset Management & Maintenance "as high achiever having CGPA 3.7 out of 4.0. Received Dean list award in all semesters. PUBLICATION ► "Comparative Study between Degradation Analysis and API 510 Remaining Life Evaluation Method for Reliability Analysis of Feed Gas Filter Vessel", Presented in ICPER 2012, Malaysia and Published in the "Journal of Applied Science, December 2012. ► Thesis written on Reliability Analysis of Heat Recovery Steam Generator of Cogeneration Plant.
