• Prepare project baseline program.
• Prepare and present monthly progress reports to the project and production management team.
• Report of key issues and concerns and suggest corrective actions.
• Manage subcontractor’s program and report on their progress.
• Prepare productivity reports for operatives on site.
• Assess all VO and study their impact on the program.
• Assist in the preparation of EOT claims.
• Prepare and track detailed procurement schedules especially for long lead items.
• Aligning Projects work scope with the factory capacity.
• Manage efficiency of manufacturing operations by reviewing available data.
• Data analysis and decision making to support raw material supply and finished goods demand.
• Creates production schedule and prioritizes job-orders for production optimization.
• Interacts with shop floor management on a daily basis to resolve issues regarding manufacturing.
• Participate in organization wide roll-out of new procedures and tools to monitor and control project delivery, profitability, and resource management.
• Develop and manage continuous improvement within the company departments.
• Interface with the other business functions to assist the planning management process
• Participate in specific planning control audits as required by management.

• Ensuring projects are aligned to organizational strategy, responsive to a changing business climate, with clearly defined policies and procedures
• Develop ERP implementation approach and strategy.
1 Monitor overall project progress status, achievement of milestones and analyze project performance in relation to planned performance and report on same
2 Ensure any deviation from plan is promptly spotted and analyzed, final time impact is estimated and the effect of corrective actions taken is monitored
3 Ensure smooth running of the project planning function, dealing with ad-hoc issues and day to day planning management issues
4 Ensure quality and up to date weekly/monthly planning reports for specific contracts for clients
5 To maintain progress data on assigned project and to prepare progress reports. To set up of progress monitoring and forecasting systems to suit Project Managers’ requirements
6 Run monthly check reports to ensure integrity of the data in the HES&Q Procedures
7 Responsible for maintaining a project planning filing system in accordance with the project/corporate numbering system, where appropriate.
8 Develop and manage continuous improvement with in the Project department
9 Interface with the other business functions to assist the planning management process
10 Assist with the coaching and training of less experienced personnel within the planning team.

2 Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation.
