Perform engineering tasks using established procedures, equipment selection, schematic design, system layout, cost estimation and system documentation.
• Provide leadership and guidance for automation technicians.
• Provide technical support to engineering team for solving technical issues, preventive maintenance and provide prompt response to breakdown service request.
• Calibration of different instruments as per project.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical faults.
• Bridge the production systems with the other systems utilized in the factory (parts ordering, maintenance)
Provide trainings to the customer to use equipment effectively and safely.
• Involved in up gradation and modification of different kind of PLC and controller based projects interfacing of analogous extended modules, RTD modules, Thermocouples Modules for heating and humidity control systems.
• Coordination with the sales team to provide best sales and service solution to our clients.
• Inspects, tests, adjusts and repairs electric, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic instruments and systems used to indicate, record and control generating operations.
• Tests accuracy of flowmeters, pressure gauges, temperature indicators, controllers, radiation counters or detectors, and other recording, indicating or controlling instruments to locate defective components in system, using test equipment, such as pressure gauges, mercury manometers, potentiometers, pulse and signal generators, oscilloscopes, transistor curve tracers, and ammeters, voltmeters, and wattmeter.
• Traces out and tests electronic solid state circuitry and components to locate defective parts in analog and digital, protection, or radiation monitoring systems, using test equipment, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
Key Responsibility:
Hand on experience of Troubleshooting, Repairing of electronics control cards, I/O cards, electronics drive circuits and Complete Installation Qualification, Operation Qualification and Performance Qualification of Inverter cards.
Assembling and installation of inverter and rectifier system.
Worked on different kind of isolation and AVR systems.
Involved in different project mainly in online monitoring of inverter systems and solar and wind turbine systems.
