Play a major role in Facilities Management of the 2500 acre Cultural village established by Qatar Foundation.
Lead a team of Engineers/Technicians in efficient maintenance of a wide range of MEP equipment including AHU, FCU, packaged, Data centres precision (close control AC) split units and operations of the Building Management System (BMS) . Electrical systems like Fire Alarm system, Lighting, power Telcom, CATV, security system, CCTV, Public address system, earthing and building automation systems.
Participate in the air balancing of HVAC equipment, and oil charging, refrigerant recovery, testing and performance analysis of chiller plants controlling HVAC/Mechanical equipment.
Plan and execute routine, preventive and corrective maintenance of AHU, FCU, packaged, Data centres precision (close control AC) and split units based on Root cause analysis, Equipment failure report, Plant changes report, incidence and work reports, troubleshoot and identify bottlenecks and recurring failures to maintain targeted service levels and plant uptimes.
Coordinate with the Materials section for planning and procurement of spares, consumables, tools and other materials including stores and inventory management.
Managing and supervision of external contractor to achieve our Key performance indicators.
Manage documentation of work flow and preventive maintenance on the computer aided facilities management) (CAFM).
Quality assurance of constructed works; identify non-conformances and follow through on actions to remedy the non conformances.
Undertaking and reporting to HSE department on findings of safety and environmental non-conformances
Execute equipments maintenance programmed in accordance with established maintenance procedures, practices, standard codes.
Supervised and managed technical requirements of the project
Maintained records for analysis of the budget in projects.

Planned strategies for effective working of projects with administration.
Inspecting and ensuring that the work is completed in accordance with drawings, Project specifications, standards, quality, safety and environmental requirements.
Inspecting and ensuring the material delivered at the site is free of any defect, Stored and protected as per manufacturer recommendation and complying with approved material submittal.

Proposing Field Design Changes and ensuring that all required Field Design Changes are properly documented, approved and carried out in the field.
Preparing method statement for installation of electrical system.
Assisting to quantity surveyor in evaluation of invoices.
Coordinating with Design Review team for any discrepancies in released for construction drawings and providing the final solution.
Liaising with site management and supervisors regarding any site related issues.
Testing & commissioning, recording and maintaining of commissioning results and reports and ensuring that the installed equipments are performing accurately after final start-up.
Preparing As built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals.
Organizing operation and maintenance training to end users with equipment/system vendors.
Preparing daily and monthly reports and ensuring that site is completed on time and in budget.
Organizing weekly progress meeting and reviewing two week look ahead schedule
High rise building projects involved in execution, implementation, Coordination, Supervision, Testing and Commissioning.Electrical systems like Fire Alarm system, Lighting, power Telcom, CATV, security system, CCTV, Public address system, earthing and building automation systems.
Preparation of new design for lighting, Power, Telephone & Data and Fire Alarm system.
Preparation of Material Submittals and get the approval from client and consultant.
Writing method statement for installation, Quality Control Procedure and Inspection Test Plan.
Planning and Mobilization of Manpower and preparation of Monthly invoices.
Load Calculation, Sizing & Selection of DG Sets, Transformers, LV Switchgear.
LV Cable Sizing and preparation of layouts.
Support to issue the purchase order and ensure the delivery of material at the site.
Preparation of inspection assignment package for major equipments and machines.
Prepare the shop drawings and as built drawings.
Preparation of Variation Orders for changes during construction.
Raise Field Clarification Request in case of discrepancies in specification, Scope of work or in Drawings.
