Management of Optical Fiber Cable Backbone Network Project (300Km in Riyadh region) starting from Planning, Surveying, BOQ Preparation, PAT Binder preparation, drawing preparation and arrangement, Cost Estimates and Designing of Technical Specifications, Execution, Monitoring, Quality assurance, Financial evaluation and handing over to O&M teams.
Supervision of patrolling team throughout the fiber optic network line
Providing of FOC Technical team for emergency work 24 hours
Guiding FOC technical teams in splicing, termination and trouble shooting
Preparation of all necessary reports, documents, binders and BOQs for ITC Management
• Preparation of Purchase orders (PO) for all projects.
• Quality checks and review of design work packages for civil and cable works.
• Surveying, drawings, binder and Documents preparation and arrangements.
• Supervising Technical team in Splicing, terminations and trouble shooting.
• Assisting General Manager in different tasks and meetings.
• Preparation of feasibility reports, technical and management planning, costing, proposals, technical surveys, Testing reports, Execution/progress reports and project documentation
• Resolving coordination issues between the field staff and the design team.
• Heading the testing, development, pulling, installation team both technically and administratively
• Supervise and assures that the design has been precisely carried out on site during project execution.
• Ensure project deployment quality is delivered in compliance with industry standards
• Quality and technical check up of all devices use for Splicing, testing and termination e.g. OTDR, Power meter, laser source, live Fiber detector etc.

• One Year Experience as Assistant Engineer
• Survey and Design roots for connecting ZTE Exchange.
• Supervising implementation on site (Civil Work).
