 Prepare the Two Weeks Look Ahead Inspection Schedule for the Inspection activities and submit to QC Manager for Review and Further Process.
 Arrange orientation programs frequently to the QC inspectors and construction team about the quality and inspection requirements and updates if any
 Arrange material receiving inspection in coordination with QC Inspectors, Inspectors, Procurement Supervisor and storekeeper, etc.
 To Coordinate with SAPMT, SAPID and the construction Team of our company through weekly meetings for the continuous improvement of the quality of work
 Raise Pro-active and NCR against the received materials and construction when construction activities and received materials are not following the PQP and Project Technical Specification /Approved IFC Drawing.
 Co-ordinate and follow up with construction team /technical team to close the internal pro-active and NCR against received materials and construction activities at site.
 Prepare Site QA/QC Weekly Report and RFI Dashboard, PQI, NCR Log, Proactive Status, Lesson Learned Report of Project and submit to QC Manager & PM
 Develop and maintain criteria for the traceability of inspections points to ensure that all the points are properly inspected and verified
 Conduct site Surveillance for ongoing activities with concern QC Inspectors and Support them for Inspection activities at Project Site

 Familiar with Saudi Electricity standard, Procedures and Project Quality Requirements
 Review and Implement project specifications, drawings and Quality Control plans & procedures
 Conduct field inspections and producing inspection reports for various construction activities
 Ensure that all sites activities are carried out according to approved IFC Drawing, Approved MOS and Project Technical Specification
 Concrete works- pre-pour inspections of formwork, reinforcing steel, and concrete placement
 Check the completeness and conformity to specified applicable requirements, standards
 Prepare and Raise the RFIs for the completed activities and received materials at Project Site
 Overall supervision of the ongoing activities and produce Pro-Active Notification and NCR
 Ensure the project execution activity are comply with client requirement and international and nation standard at project site
 Recording and managing systematically the nonconformity reports issued on site, checking that the settlement of non-conformities is in compliance with the acceptability criteria and the schedule is in accordance with the site requirements
 coordinate with third party inspection agencies for Concrete Test, FDT Test and calibration of instruments and machines at Project site
 Familiar and Implement the International Standards such as ACI and ASTM, AASTHO at Project
 Monitor and Inspect the Curing activities with compliance with Project Quality Requirements
 Ensure that Building Finishing activities are carried out as per approved MOS & Quality Requirements
