Following is the brief description of my responsibilities
• Preparation/Review of resource loaded, construction and commissioning driven EPC Schedule in Primavera P6, through integration of all activities related to detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning
• Development of the Progress Measurement System (PMS) in order to plan, update, track, analyse and report work performance for all phases of the project.
• To flag the potential delays ahead of time looking into the progress of works to ensure that the necessary mitigation measures are implemented by the PMT.
• Leading regular progress review meetings with the project team, assisting them with evaluation of reported progress and status of critical activities with particular attention to deviations from planned activities.
• Preparation/Review of monthly cost analysis & health review report for higher management.
• Preparation/Review of Manpower and Equipment deployment plans.
• Review and establish third party vendor or sub-contractor procedures and reporting inputs required for the project reporting to Client/End User.
• Participate in the review of resource deployment by sub-contractors to ensure adequacy for meeting the completion schedules and propose recommendations when required
• To analyse that all submittals from Equipment vendors/sub-contractors during implementation stage relating to Planning, Scheduling, Progress Measurement, Reporting, Productivity etc. are in line with the Agreement requirements, Project priorities, monitoring & control.
• To develop and distribute project curves of progress, cost and manpower, including planned, actual and forecast figures.
• Review of Daily/weekly/monthly progress report of area of works.
• Assist in submission of Monthly Progress Invoice to Client.
• Liaise with Client Project Control personnel as necessary
• Manage and direct the execution of planned and breakdown maintenance and repairs of all instrumentation in plant.
• Ensure availability of adequate manpower, materials, spares, tools and equipment guided by standard procedures.
• Implement fault-finding routines and procedures, diagnoses problems and take appropriate action.
• Inspection and troubleshooting of all plant instruments (Thermocouple, RTD, Transmitters, Speed and vibration sensors, solenoid valves and control valves).
• Carry out inventory management for inventory ageing and turnover (fast/slow/non-moving spares).
• Preparing monthly breakdown analysis reports.
• Effectively plan resources for the provision of cost effective maintenance solutions within tight budget constraints for following company owned assets

• Organizing and leading team for day to day activities and troubleshooting to ensure increasing reliability of instruments.
• Participating in defining overall maintenance process KPI’s.
• Review of skills gap and conduct awareness and training for the team in order to increase their technical capability and workmanship.
• Attending maintenance department daily meeting and present reports as necessary.
• Leading breakdown root cause analysis, developing/monitoring related action plan and initiating work permit process with coordination of operations team.
• Loop checking and module simulation using different type of simulators for troubleshooting purposes.
• Calibration, installation and maintenance of transmitters like Temperature, Pressure, Flow and Level.
• Calibration and maintenance of control valves from Fisher and Samson.
• Reviewing and managing spares inventory and consumables with storeroom team.
• Ensuring preventive maintenance is progressing in full methodology spirit.
