• Responsible for replying all customers’ inquires about the services which are offered by the council, through the council hot line or face to face.
• Guiding customers on how to fulfill the application forms for the services the council provides them.
• Inform customers about all kinds of new services, opportunities, scholarships…etc. which the council offers.
• Preparing for the meetings between the team and our manager then communicate the meetings’ minutes with my colleagues.
• Prepare all kind of announcements, guiding signs, brochures and materials to describe the forthcoming events and activities.
• Acting as an usher through the council events.
• Responsible for coordinating the work flow between the company departments.
• Following up the process of shipping the equipment which the company imports.
• Preparing the P.Os for buying those equipment according to the clients’ needs and orders.
• Arranging the travel procedures for engineers (booking the flight tickets, hotels, their pocket money…etc.)
• Set meeting appointments between the top management and the company departments, take the meetings’ minutes and communicate it to the concerned staff afterwards.
• Arranging the training programs and schedule for those trainers who are going to have training sessions at the company premises.
• Presenting social and life-style issues in cooperation with other five presenters.
• The program targets the Arabians youth from age 16 to 25; it is called “Hour for Youth” (SAA SHABAB).
• Covering different events and news.
• Writing and helping in directing them in short documentaries episodes through program called “NAFEZA”.
Writing political articles about either local or international situations.
Make press reportage concerning social and political issues.
•Make press interviews with actors, actresses and famous program presenters who play an important role in Arabic satellite channels.
•Responsible for family section called (OSSARIAT).
