- Work closely with AMs and services team to improve cloud consumption & deliver product
awareness to DMs through adaptive demo scenarios for better outcome
- Support sales by enabling value discovery workshops for customers and helping in identify
opportunities to accelerates the sales cycle
- Demonstrate to customers modern workplace solutions (WIN10, M365, Enterprise Mobility + Security) to showcase the value and increase impact
- Develop tailored industry-based scenarios that matches customer need and help them with
the adoption and renewal process
- Deliver product enablement for Internal team and partners to help scale the business and
increase usages in all regions
- Develop and implement appropriate quarterly marketing actions to successfully drive growth
in cloud and security activity and revenue
- Help marketing team design industry-based and local collateral materials and leveraging
resources for strategic growth
- Manage pipelines and track sales metric by ensuring local and MEA team alignment across
all activities
- Develop deep customer insights and a business knowledge that thoroughly understands all size market needs. Continuously deepen that knowledge to formulate new, valuable product opportunities driven by business cases
- Work closely with various learning vendor (including Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle, Huawei, VMWare, IBM) to develop a successful training content and launch plans through events and marketing campaigns
- Track and monitor overall product performance in addition to ensuring measurement on specific project initiatives including ongoing revenues and ROI
- Generate new business opportunities with Microsoft strategic business change initiatives such as sales campaigns, incentives, and new service offerings
- Drive market awareness through presentation, workshops and Microsoft Customer Immersion Experience (CIE), which provide an unique environment for decision-makers on Microsoft technologies, and generate more business opportunities
- Leverage relationships with key partnerships within each vertical market (including Gas & Oil, Universities, Manufacturing, Financial) to provide a custom end-to-end solution
- Represent the company at international conference (such as Microsoft WPC, New Horizons international and regional conference)
- Conduct technical training programs in classroom environment following vendors standard
- Design course materials and other documents such as handouts, manuals and exercises
- Prepare the learning environment and resources, including setting up IT equipment and Labs
- Maintain network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and troubleshooting network problems, escalating problems to vendor
- Develop curricula and presentation style on a wide range of IT topics (including Computer skills, Networking, Security)
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to provide an excellent quality of service
- Arrange client interviews to generate new business opportunities and meeting clients' needs and deadlines
- Manage the quality of course materials for technical training as required by vendor
- Represent the company at IT exhibitions and events (including GITEX Dubai, Career Fair Abu Dhabi)
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
- Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
- Help in researching and developing new products
- Prepare reports for head office and keep customer records
