Carrying out assessment of student works.
Organizing after school activities for student
Responsible for lesson planning, delivering and marking of work
Preparing courses study material for the classroom including interactive learning
Regularly mark and feedback to students in line with the faculty assessment systems
Attend relevant courses that will stimulate and enhance the school community.

Using behavioral management strategies and techniques, including positive reinforcement and behavior shaping procedures
Help in identifying the program requirements

Assist the project manager in preparing consultants and building contracts
Maintain an orderly flow of information and tasks
Helps in solving any problems that are faced by the personnel involved in the program
Maintain relevant databases including coordinating the update of all statistical information, desk manuals, developing mechanisms for reporting databases system faults, and extracting information to meet reporting requirements of senior management.
Prepare final evaluation of programs
Management of performance appraisal system and coordinating training and development programmes.
Assist in the development of project, cost estimates and budgets
Coordination of all personnel involved in the construction of the project
Management of all types of leave including Manpower Development leave
Coordinating the convening of disciplinary hearings, investigations/incidents and misappropriation of funds and assets.
Supervise assigned project staff and organizing project committee
