— Assist in the selection, preparation and arrangement of new Staff Accommodation for both hotels.
— From the time the HR Operations Manager has left the company in November 2011, the duties and responsibilities has been assigned to me that includes:
➢ Prepares documentations and employment entry permits for new recruits from Bab Al Shams Desert Resort & Spa .
➢ Arrange status change for new staff recruited locally.
➢ Prepares residence visas for new colleagues after obtaining medical health clearance from the Ministry of Health/Dubai Municipality and application of Emirates ID.
➢ Arrange renewal of residence visas for staff from both Bab Al Shams and The Meydan Hotel
➢ Prepares employment letters addressed to the Dubai Immigration for staff wanting to sponsor their immediate family members to travel to UAE
➢ Ensures that On-line and Eform accounts are well maintained and funds available are up to date.
— Assist in completion of special projects for the Vice President as directed.
— Coordinates with the Owners representatives and guests on behalf of the Vice President.
— Monitors the Vice President’s emails and correspondence.
— Prepares and coordinates travel itinerary and flight bookings for the Vice President for both personal and business travel.
— In-charge of HR Department of The Meydan Hotel in the absence of the HR Director since October 2012.
— Maintains all personal files of Meydan Hotels & Hospitality Corporate Office colleagues.

Personal Assistant to the General Manager at Bab Al Shams Desert Resort & Spa (Jumeirah Group)
