• Motorola -Nokia Siemens Networks Swap Project, Delta region, Mobinil Egypt.
• Detecting Field problems (Dropped calls, Blocked calls, Missing Neighbor or Cross Feeders )
• Frequency retuning to avoid interference, coverage check and adjusting tilt and orientation when required.
• Able to detect problems of Performance indicators (RSSI, RxQual, etc)
• Drive Test problems trouble shooting and customer complaints handling.
• Responsible for verifying Frequency plan and BSC Software upgrades.
