o As a Technical Support Engineer :
Responsible for installing the software on work station and connect it with modalities( computerized tomography(CT), ultra sound(US), magnetic resonance(MR) open and closed, memo graph(MG), nuclear medicine(NM), C-ARM, CR and Digital cameras) after survey, and train the customer and support them when system down and if any error happened, and make PM maintenance period every month.
o As a Sales Engineer :
Responsible for market the PACS & RIS systems at hospitals of Alexandria, marsamatroh and el-behera regions.
