DETAIL PLANNING & SUBDIVISION, Perform land Sub-division, new communities design,
execution of concept drawings, urban design and integrated planning.
CONDUCT OF SPECIALIZED PLANNING & URBAN DESIGN STUDIES, to determine the overall
dimensions and prospects of urban development including improving the physical
environment and the visual impact of the area of Dubai.
REHABILITATION OF COMMUNITIES, redevelopment of degraded, slum and rural areas.
REVISION & APPROVAL OF MASTER PLANS by follow-up consultants for project planning and
evaluation of the evolution of their work in terms of the proposed solutions and
recommendations.
CONDUCT PLANNING LEGISLATION and updating of policies for urban development in the
emirate in line with new developments and new insights in the local environment or external
influences.
ALLOCATE LANDS & CORRIDORS FOR PUBLIC FACILITIES & UTILITIES, Identify suitable sites for land
uses, including public services and facilities, compensation of affected plots and follow up
any amendments to them.
PREPARATION OF THE ANNUAL PLAN and periodic follow-up of the projects implemented
according to plans, projects undertaken by the organizational units in the municipality.
SUSTAINABILITY & GREEN PLANNING CONSIDERATION, based on a combination of the
community input as well as research into best practices, data about access to open space,
demographics contours and a variety of other considerations that will help sustain, create
and improve the planning process that promote the health and quality-of-life benefits.
- Make a full database to small towns in Dammitta City.
- Analyze urban data and Planning Analytical Studies.
- GIS, Geo-Database maps using ArcGIS Programs.

- Review the status of all slum areas in Ismailia.
- Document previous and current upgrading experiences indicating positive aspects as well as barriers intercepted.
