Responsibilities / Duties
- Managing TFM Services including maintenance and repair operations, housekeeping, hospitality, security, pest control, landscaping to support complex, multi-sites of group properties.

- Compound, seven buildings with 56 flats, public areas.
- Buildings (10) with 133 different size flats.
- Palace (1), Villas (3).

- Shopping mall.
- Restaurant chain 21 locations.
- Group Store.
- Transforming Facility services from out sourcing to in-house for better efficient and cost effective performance.
- Managing a hard & soft in-house FM team of 75 employees in a busy work environment.
- Manage & Negotiate outsource contracts, ensuring contracts balance value and risk.
