Studying the Competition analysis.(types, prices, facilities, activities, target segments)
Setting the main objectives and concept of the project including
master planning & land use studies.
Preparing preliminary feasibility study and budget, working with cost consultants on cost plans and construction estimates, etc...
*A member of Emaar Misr Top Management team, steering & implementing real estate development strategies in the local market.
*Responsible for special design services for Emaar’s customers
*Responsible for the customer care and property handing over departments, ensuring the delivery of completed units to the required standards and customer’s expectations.
*Established and responsible for Emaar +Plus division as a profit center, dedicated to providing Emaar’s customers with an array of paid after sales technical services including landscape design & execution, furnishing of finished units as well as the execution of finishing for semi-finished units.
*Leading and mentoring a diverse team of professionals across various departments, ensuring proper coordination and intercommunication.
*Ensuring targets are achieved within the set KPIs and MBOs
*Overseeing Emaar’s three mega projects in Egypt in terms of customer’s needs and requirements as the point of contact between the top management and customers.
