• Collects, verifies and process leads and opportunities received from Business Development (BD) Managers worldwide.
• Reviews EOI’s, ITB and RFP documents and prepares a lead summary for bidding decisions.
• Inputs and process requests for account, customers and point of contacts creation in CRM and monitors tender releases.
• Maintains and updates Access and CRM system tools and monitors CRM email.
• Prepares daily open leads reports and consolidates weekly reports from BD Managers worldwide.
• Assists with all aspects of daily CRM activities, with various administrative tasks.
• Provide administrative support amongst Service Advisors in the execution of the service process at Honda Service workshop.
• Identify cost and prepare proforma invoices for every periodic service maintenance completed.
• Coordination with the Service Controllers on the application of appropriate charges on labour and parts as agreed with the customer upon vehicle reception.
• Liaise with vendors in the creation, issuance and verification of LPO’s for outsourced labour, parts and supplies.
• Monitor & maintain the minimum criteria of the WIP (Work in Progress) and individual KPI report in order to achieve maximum potential for the target assigned.
• Assist the Shop Manager and Fashion Consultants in promoting the merchandise while ensuring to provide an excellent customer service.
• Handle cash transactions and coordinates in the visual merchandising of the outlet
• Integration of prospective merchandise in the periodic meetings with the Logistics Manager and executing inventory.
• Assisting in the administration process of the Special Accounts Department mainly handling telephone calls, data entry, cheque collection and encashment.
• Coordinating with the Account Officers in obtaining, receipt and compilation of financial and legal documents ensuring filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.
• Handles the cash register ensuring that each customer receives excellent service while maintaining outstanding standards
