(Business Planning, MIS, Data Analytics) Responsibilities: New centralized and independent function direct reporting to CEO, core function to have the full view across all banking sectors performance for the CEO and BOD for any critical business decisions, unified data source for internal and external reporting
•Generate data, integration, daily dashboard for all levels under each sector to monitor the sales performance.
•Manage monthly incentives scheme for all front liners based on smart KPIs and effective scorecards.
•Generate the yearly targets based on the top management direction to ensure alignment with the direction while remaining reachable.
•Execute the top management strategy to be best Islamic bank in Egypt and the first customer choice.
•3 years plan to grow with retail portfolio and gaining market-share
•Set revenue maximization projects and cost rationalization ones including staff rightsizing across all functions
•Create Propensity Model to calculate the probability of sales (cross selling)/upgrade in the top of current product through the four steps of data preparation, modeling, implementation, and ROI analysis.
•Create Churn Model to predict customers that potentially will churn in short /long time term.
