Develops the processes and procedures relative to business development, loan processing, and collections, expense, and staff development.
-Understands the applicable laws and codes for their assigned geographic area and ensures the department operates in compliance with them.
-Assists in recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, and developing members of the department financial services team with the focus on providing prompt, accurate, and courteous service to both internal and external customers.
-Participate in providing regular performance feedback to all members of the department Financial Services Team.
-Participate in coaching and counseling other members of the department Financial Services Team to achieve improved performance.

-Uses spreadsheet and other automated or manual processes to prepare required documentation and reports.
-Assist in the prospecting and growth of the department's portfolio, along with assisting in marketing efforts and product campaigns of the corporate department.
-Utilize all available Customer Relationship Management tools and work queue task assignments to maintain a history of the dealer.

-Managing sales operation team for KSA key clients.
-Establish the sales forecast per quarter.
-Achieve and exceed the assigned targets (SR. 120 million) as a quarterly base.
-Develop relations with current key accounts and create new sales channels.
-Generate leads and follow up on projects for selling performance based on solutions.
-Track & evaluate performance of key account channel plans.
-Establish close working relationship with trade partners.

-Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, and in performing services for customers.
-Review inventory and sales records to prepare reports for management and budget departments.
-Estimate consumer demand and determine the types and amounts of goods to be sold.
-Directly supervise and coordinate activities of retail sales workers in the showroom.
-Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
-Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level.
-Confer with company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business.
-Plan and coordinate advertising campaigns and sales promotions, and prepare merchandise displays and advertising copy.
