 Leading the pre-sales duties of companies’ security solutions by responding to RFPs\RFQs\RFIs, writing proposals, solutions design, project planning, costing estimation, and delivering presentations for company solutions & offerings.
 Interacting with all parties of sales process during bidding process, including; potential customers, products vendors, solutions’ distributers, partners’ resellers, internal sales team, QA, documentation team, other internal participating teams and PMO.
 Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
 Help in coordination with Sales to secure input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer firm. Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support.
 Assisting sales people in the qualification of customer needs and performing pre demo needs analysis.
 Generation of product demo scripts and scenarios
 Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
 Developing MS project plans for implementation along with any key risks and issues and their mitigation.
 Developing final technical proposals.
 Coordinate with Logistics & Vendor management to acquire the required quotations from vendors/distributors
 Estimate all costs related to solutions\services offering and preparing draft financial proposals for Sales Team.
 Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms. Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced.
 Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.
 Developing templates to assist in sales efforts.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Team Leader of the security solutions team in the regional office in Jordan.

- Responsible for pre-sales, professional services implementation & project management for company’s Managed Security Services (MSS), security solutions projects, security architecture review & configuration review projects in the regional office.

- Solution design and implementation for the variant technologies pertaining to the MSS & SIEM portfolio including Dell SecureWorks’ TeraGaurd, McAfee (Nitro) SIEM and HP ArcSight.

- Leading pre-sales duties of companies’ security solutions in the regional office by responding to RFPs\RFQs\RFIs, writing proposals, solutions design, project planning, costing estimation, and delivering presentations for company solutions from different vendors.

- Interacting with all parties of sales process during bidding process, including; potential customers, products vendors, solutions’ distributers, partners’ resellers, internal sales team, QA, documentation team, other internal participating teams and PMO.

- Representing the company as Customer Service Management (CSM) representative for MSS customers in the regional office to guarantee smooth MSS service delivery and customer satisfaction by performing the following tasks; daily Interaction with company’s MSS Security Operation Center (SOC) to follow up customer issues, technical coordination of activities between customers and the SOC, onsite technical support, answering customer questions, MSS service orientation, explaining certain security incidents & cases in concern to customers and preparing periodic\custom MSS reports.

- Dealing with wide range of security products and solutions at different levels including but not limited to Log Management, SIEM solutions, firewalls, IPS\IDS, FIM, encryption, Wireless IPS, WAF and DLP solutions from diverse vendors and partners such as Cisco, Juniper, McAfee, F5, Tripwire, SafeNet, FortiNET, HP ArcSight, Dell SecureWorks, Qualys, Palo Alto… etc.
