This is part of IT Transformation program to shift the IT to the next generation infrastructure, the EAI transformation project responsible to move existing middleware ESB based solution to SOA based utilizing latest technology in the market, my role was to lead the EAI transformation project E2E including definition of SOW, writing & floating RFP, budgeting, negotiating with vendor & awarding contract as well as project planning, execution, monitoring and control.

Job Profile:
• Provide leadership to the Enterprise Application Integration team (middleware) of 35+ members to ensure adequate system integration and synchronization with internal & external systems.
• Manage functions & resources to enable EAI team to conduct different systems synchronization, business logic validation and execution, online payments and partners management.
• Conduct research & update on emerging technologies to deliver up-to-date solutions and automated processes.
• Set up the EAI team as an effective development and support unit for the company’s branch in India besides developing & articulating team’s vision for the next five years as part of transformation program aligned to overall organizational strategy.
• Involved in recruitment of personnel, conducting training sessions for new employees, charting & executing appropriate career path as well as conducting performance reviews for team members to take up future leadership roles in the organizations.
