Monitors progress of project functions as per SoW, prepare weekly reports of progress, present them to higher management and client, creates, modify, and update project plan as required, meets client, manage change requests, identify issues and get them solved
Support the Project Manager in tracking activities and deliverables to completion, submit and coordinate change requests and purchasing activities, follow up work needed to ensure all changes are completed as planned, documents project activities, making meetings agendas, and MoM, present reports to PM.
Our project is to connect all the branches of the National Guard together with an optical fiber cable.
we survey the road, prepare the permissions, supervise the subcontractors to maintain the standards of our contract, supervise our labors and tell them where to make the tranches, how to install the sub-duct inside the main duct, and how to pull the fiber optic cable inside the sub-duct, how to install hand halls, how to splice the cable edges, and finally how to test this installed cable
I worked with the government websites such as the social insurances and Muqeem website, ,
I also learnt a lot about the HR responsibilities such as hiring people and interviewing them.
We were dealing with many telecommunication devices such as digital and analog centrals, Fiber Optic cabling and IP phones.
