- Perform daily monitoring routine for all Server and Network devices.
- Administer Virtual machines (VSphere ESXi)
- Administer Active Directory, Web Applications, and Office365
- Administer network structure and Security of the company.
- Provide desktop support for client in remote areas.
• In charge for onsite technical projects.
o Manage and supervise an ongoing project.
o Building a good communication and coordination with clients IT and Engineers.
o Perform test onsite, routine maintenance and the same time apply troubleshoot if issue occurs.
o Conduct basic training regarding our products and services to our clients and to its end users.
o Create technical documentation.
o Network integration:
- Design network structure for LAN and Wireless.
- Configuring Cisco Switch, Router, Access Point and Wireless Controller.
- Configuring “Symmetricom” a NTP Appliance Server and network clocks.
o Digital Signage:
- Install, configure and manage SCALA/NAVORI system.
• System Support:
o Do backup and restore for user system image, applications, user accounts, user data and user email.
o Taking remote access to troubleshoot the workstation that is located on a remote area (i.e. oil rigs).
o Manage AD controller, Application Servers, File and Storage Servers and network.
(IT Staff)
• Manage Cisco Switch, manage system and data back-ups.
• Install hardware, systems and maintain software for networks and monitor LAN and internet connection in the company.
• Install, configure and maintain all printers, network connection and Workstation.
• Check/ test systems performance, install software applications and format.
(CAD operator)
• Draw as-built plans and revision or additional works.
• Assist Engineers in reviewing and checking plan and section details.
