KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Supervising all individual Project Managers and reporting to the Management.
• Manage, direct, review, and monitor the engineering designs in light of functionality, constructability, and value engineering for contracts from the estimation stage till completion of projects.
• Monitoring & Coordinating activities of all design and Supervision consultants.
• Participating in evaluation of bids and technical arbitration.
• Scheduling and planning of projects and monitoring progress and quality.
• Supervising project activities and ensuring compliance to standards and specifications.
• Ensure approvals and documentation are obtained maintained accurately and in a timely manner.
• Directing teams to ensure projects are coordinated efficiently, effectively, and profitably, while implementing quality assurance procedures.
• Preparing Scope of Work, and participating in Contract negotiations.
• Able to handle several projects at once and see them successfully through entitlement phase.
• Performing the coordination meeting between project parties, Consultants’ representatives and contractors.
• Ensuring adequate equipment, machinery, material, and manpower supplies to all projects are carried out efficiently.
• Evaluating performance plan & monitoring progress of projects status.
• Following up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
• Planning, coordinating, and implementing preparation work for projects execution.
• Negotiating the best possible value of materials for the projects.
