Manage billing and development tasks assignment and ensure that they are properly executed within the time line.
Manage internal and External project related to development (frontend /backend application)
Create procedure for revenue assurance and fraud management.
Ensure proper testing of application and services before launching
Review All KPIs generated from (daily, weekly, monthly) reports and identify problem if exists and delegate the problem to proper Engineer in order to be fixed
Ensure Postpaid Bill cycle running smoothly
Provide different reconciliation report for all billing revenue ( Prepaid, Postpaid, Roaming)
Manage IN platforms.(SCP-SDP-CDN-IVR-SMSSC)(UNIX base)
Create and test VAS and promotions (IVR, USSD, SMS)
Database Administration
Prepaid roaming(IREG and TADIG)
