Training Manager

Responsibilities
• Plan, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, online Training, conferences, and workshops
• Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
• Consult with all departments head to get and analyze training needs and develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
• Contact and outsourcing training from approved vendors and agencies according to the business needs
• Review and evaluate training and apprenticeship programs for compliance with government standards.
• Short listing and hiring the new instructors,
• Preparing the new instructors by developed a training plan in their probation period
• Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
