Job Profile:
• Involved in deployment of design, business development, demonstration management & technical solutions apart from managing & mentoring sales, implementation and network operation teams.

• Manage and coordinate with main Providers in Saudi (STC & MOBILY & ATHEEB) and International (LEVEL3 & Verizon-MCI, BT-UK) to Supply (main dark Fiber Internet link, Point-to-point, VOICE E1 Channelized Circuits to RYD or London Hub) to serve all Customers requirements.

• Manage and coordinate with main suppliers (Cisco, Juniper, HP, IBM, Mcafee, Foundry, Sourcefire, Bluecoat, Riverbed, SATCOM Suppliers… etc) to provide and Implement such solutions as per RFP and customer requirements, or to enhance some services to Al Harbi RYD&LDN Hubs for Internet and Data Services to meet customer requirements.

• Manage and coordinate as key account manager with main global companies like (Lockheed martin, Raytheon, SELEX…etc) for some tenders/opportunities in SAUDI like SATCOM project for Ministry of defense and Cyber security project in MOI.

• In some times, Work as Bid management/coordination by establishing the tendering team, which typically includes representation from a company's financial, legal, sales and procurement departments, Understanding the RFP and searching to find a best solution with best prices and coordinating with customer and or suppliers to complete the RFP requirements with estimate project costs.

• Follows and shares market technological needs and evolution to enhance AlHarbi Internet/IPVPN services.

• Provide pre sales support to the sales team by effectively presenting, communicating and demonstrating the company's VALUE to customers from the perspective of use of Technology.

• Establish relationship with key technical person of our customers to understand the Grounds for collaboration and also to understand their technical challenges.

• Work with sales team to build solution value propositions, including compelling business cases to accelerate solution adoption, and securing the “technical close” in complex solutions.

• Addressing RFPs, preparing technical & commercial proposals, interact with presales team Ensuring meeting customer's technical requirements.

• If required, acts as a Project Manager for each deal to ensure the final solution is delivered towards customer’s expectation and initial proposals

• Coordinates with Project Managers, Sales department, Quality control Dept., and Support Dept. to deliver the best quality of service to the customer.
• High level escalation contact for any Technical service issues or any other emergency problems that could occurs at customer site or in RYD & LDN NOC and Datacenter.
• Manage and lead AHT Operation & NOC team to solve the problems at customers or NOC side.
• Provide AlHarbi Managements (CEO) for all required reports for all AHT services issues & Suppliers problems.
• Develops plans for new areas of technology for the manufacturing functions along with sufficient planning for areas that support the mission of the Corporation within Operations.

• Working with BMC for Mobily “MEGA-DATA-MPLS Revamp” project, as Service Delivery Manager in eastern area, my main responsibility to supervise the Technical team (L2&L3) & Design team for Juniper installation/configuration as per HLD&LLD that provided by Juniper Design as per Mobily policy, ,
• Work with MOBILY for “Public WiFi Project” under BTC as subcontract to provide HLD & LLD & UAT Technical documents with complete network Design for installation and configuration, , this includes four controller (CISCO7201) and Two WAG’s (CISCO7609) in Jeddah and four controller in Riyadh for connectivity with BelAir Access point and portable WiFi users for internet access.
• Provide full Network Design and solution to Al-Mojil Group-Saudi Arabia, by providing 20 remote sites a VSAT solution up to fiber connection to HQ as VPN Setup, , Including internet as load balancing between two separate Service providers with full optimization by installing Riverbed solution between sites for acceleration.. in addition add this setup under Monitoring/Managing service, ,
• Instrumental in providing HOSHAN Holding Company a full Monitoring and Managing service for VPN connectivity between 30 sites inside and outside Saudi and internet in HQ in Ryiadh, , ,

• Provide technical Network Consultation/Solution/Assessments/Planning/Design/Configuration to Network project including all WAN and LAN optimization.
