Oversees long-range planning of voice & data projects - Consults with telecommunication systems staff to coordinate telecommunications systems
capabilities in conjunction with AFPC services requirement at present .
Manage communication systems, devices and services for company sites Dam, gas pipeline and fields area. Creates and maintains standards, procedural documents, type and update telecommunication policies.
Manage Telecommunications team, develop and implement strategic and tactical plans for voice and data communications to ensure a consistent, stable, and highly available telephony environment. Supervision Preparing tenders book, Implement and mange projects as tendering, evaluation, installation, commissioning, production and operation system monitor control and report projects. Prepare of cost estimates for current and proposed telecommunications plans with the overall business plan
•Manage corporate communications budget; Track all telecommunication costs to ensure that expenses (capital and operating) are within budget and that cost containment measures are in place. Develop detailed requirements for upgrading existing corporate and company networks, as well as re-architecting network segments in order to facilitate new requirements, technologies, and growth.
-Liaise with 3rd party telecommunications service providers and network equipment providers to improve telecommunication services.
Implement disaster recovery policyes and testing methodologies, Plan and coordinate the testing of recovery support and business resumption procedures in different functional areas, Assure that recovery procedures are effective for the restoration of key corporate resources and for the resumption of critical business processes, Develop and maintain standards and procedures for disaster recovery, Monitor the effectiveness of DR procedures during evacuation and revise the procedures as necessary.
Manage data network systems, devices and services for company sites Dam, gas pipeline and fields area.
•Develop detailed requirements for upgrading existing corporate and company networks, as well as re-architecting network segments in order to facilitate new requirements, technologies, and growth.
•Co-coordinating with Syrian Telecommunication Establishment and other government authorities to facilitate company Data Transmissions services.
•Type and update data network policies & Understand the role of organization.
•Assists Project Manager on projects involving the physical installation of cabinets, cages, cables, shelving, cable management, routers, modems, and switches.
•Participate in the purchase orders for the continuity and improvement of data network services.
•Responsible for TCP/IP infrastructures, Provide design recommendation for all LAN / WAN infrastructures, TCPIP, routing/switching, VLANs and VLAN tagging.
•Responsible for typing documents about data network equipment operations.
•Configure and install, and operations Data network devises like Faxination, Firewall, switches, Routers, and core include all sites related to AFPC.
•Check daily work of infrastructure in AFPC network & MDF (wiring, cabling, add, move, change configurations, etc.) Then record the daily work in log file.
•Check spare parts for all systems to ensure continuity of date network services.
•Manage and monitor the daily back-ups for data network equipments include all sites.
•Follow up data network systems continuity through the logs, which get them from supervisory programs.
•Continuously monitor of data network systems and its accessories in all company's sites in order to avoid sudden breakdown.
•Terminate and troubleshoot twisted pair, coax, RJ45, RJ11, fiber patching & splicing, and BNC connections

• Check spare parts for all systems to ensure continuity of telecommunications services.
• Mange monthly directory update for GSM & Telephone.
• Manage and monitor the daily back-ups for telecommunications equipments include all sites.
• Follow up communications systems continuity through the logs, which get them from supervisory programs.
• Continuously monitor of communications systems and its accessories such as chargers and batteries in all company's sites in order to avoid sudden breakdown.
• Manage billing functions for telephone desktop and mobile phone related to AFPC.
• Terminate and troubleshoot twisted pair, coax, RJ45, RJ11, fiber patching & splicing, and BNC connections.
• Management, Supervision, Operation and Monitor of overall exchanges
network at Syrian southern area and advise the Operators for the
appropriate solutions
• Participating in upgrade the exchange software from V.9 to V.12
• Planning, Implementing and Installing two Exchanges, EWSD, in Damascus
