Scope of responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and
preservation of human capital
Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to
support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs.
Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with employment laws and regulations and recommended
best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Oversee the recruitment plan implementation (Analysis, Sourcing, Interviews, Hiring, and Boarding) for different
functions.
Oversee the preparation of the PMS/KPIs forms for the newly added/changed job titles in the approved
organizational chart and follow up their implementation.
Collaborates with all management staff to identify and deliver the required administrative support operations for
the organization

Oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. support business needs and ensure the
proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
Promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job
design, recruitment, performance management, training development, talent management.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process Support current and future business needs through the
development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organization
Nurture a positive working environment Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high
performance Maintain pay plan and benefits program Assess training needs to apply and monitor training
programs Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Scope of responsibilities:
• Implementing the recruitment process to ensure work force mapping at its optimum level whenever there is
a job vacancy in the organization.
• Effectively monitor the staff Performance Management System, Individual Performance Contract Year End
Review as well as ensuring the implementation and utilization of the HR System i.e., Performance Planning
Appraisal
• Monitor the implementation of the Egyptian Labor Law Vs. Company’s Terms, Conditions and proposed
initiatives for improvement.
• HR strategy. Facilitate the creation of an implementation and communication plan into the local business
area that achieves the agreed deliverables.
• Responsible for the orientation and on boarding briefing for the new staff as well as preparation of their Job
Offers and employments contracts, ensuring staff are registered in the Social & medical Insurance and
handling all the related issues accordingly.
• Structures employees’ files database and include all necessary officially required documents for each
employee according to the labor laws & the company regulation.
• Ensure that HR policies are properly applied and implemented and high standards in HR practice are
achieved and maintained.
