-Startup BESHAY STEEL sections rolling mill and worked with DANIELI automation team at commissioning.

-the operating applied by using program SCADA (INTOUCH window maker &window viewer )for remote control stations, and WINCC flexible for local control stations.

-the equipment components (sensor & actuators ) contact by using (PLC Siemens step 7 300-400)

- Working as automation and electrical engineer with these Job main responsibility:

- Troubleshooting to solve plant problems in possible shortest time.
- Prepare modifications proposals for department manager to improve plant performance and increase productivity.
- Reporting to department manager for shift activities and plant delays.
- Prepare additional items to be executed during down day.
- Decrease the department down time to be less or equal the down time budget and hence increase plant availability during the shift.
- Technical assistance for production engineers during troubles.
- Taking the necessary measures to ensure the safety of the personnel and equipment during the shift.
- Prepare the shift delay report.
- Take corrective and preventive actions to eliminate the causes of nonconformists in order to prevent recurrence. Taking on consideration the occupational health, safety and environmental requirements.

Responsible for electrical maintenance operations in
1-injection department (consists of 20 plastic injection machines).
2-Extrusion department (consists of 10 production lines).
3-Hot stamping and tampon department (consists of 8 machines).
Using:
1. Conventional control.
2. PLC (Siemens S7200 and LOGO!),
3. Pneumatic and Electro Pneumatic control.
