Prepare detail BOQ’s & Project Cost Estimates.
Prepare and deliver full-scale project plans, progress reports, risk assessments and other required documentation to clients.
Actively participate in the management for various HVAC tenders and biddings.
Prepare evaluation of bids and provide the pricing in a timely manner.
Prepare project execution plans, Time schedules, and continually manage and oversees the project expectations within the scope with technical team members and other stakeholders.
Review and submit HVAC drawings for approval of client and consultant.
Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project.
Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.
Always looks out a way to improve and grab more business from cilent.
Reporting to management on any oppurtunity for additional billings.
Manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Analyze profitability, revenue, bill rates, and utilization across multiple projects.
Coordinate with Accounting Manager for invoicing and billing.
Development of internal & external policies and procedures.
Other duties as requested and required.
Working In Bjadin General Contracting Division my job responsibilities were deal majorly with client like COPASA (Spain) for High Speed Haramain Railways, PepsiCo, MEPCO & many private clients for HVAC & Fire Fighting Projects and further preform the following below mentioned duties.
Creating project accounts in accounting system.
Maintaining project-related records, including contracts doucments and change orders, approvals, and additional services related to billing.
Review and approve supplier invoices related to a projects.
Investigate project variances and submit variance reports to management.
Prepare reports on project profitability to management.
Create and get approval for all project-related billings to customers.
Manage all the financial information into the accounting system and prepare required accounting reports.
Compile information for internal and external auditors, as required.
