Troubleshooting problems like missing neighbors, coverage holes, areas of no dominance, overshooting sites, parameter inconsistency…etc. through drive test log analysis.
Identify and resolve Customer complaint issues related to drop calls, poor coverage and low DL/UL throughput.
Acceptance of new LTE-A sites from rollout team based on the initial drive test results which involve parameter tuning, layer 3 analyses and daily performance analysis. Cell Reselection priorities, handover parameters, UtranCSFB and RRC constant timer parameter configuration is set as per STC network settings.
Day to day performance management to keep sites with SLA KPIs; Initiating and guiding major Quality Improvement Projects for different regions.
Optimization of LTE network for the STC Central Region, Investigate network level KPI performance and provide clear improvement plans.
VOLTE worst cells identification of QCI1 Retainability, QCI1 Accessibility, SRVCC offenders on daily basis.
Analyzing root cause of QCI1 KPI degradation and providing high level recommendation to improve these KPI’s.
Perform Capacity dimensioning and necessary expansion plans.
Study and implement new Radio features and technologies to the system and study their continuous effect on the network.
Implementing parameter changes and Parameter audits, collecting regular network parameter dumps.
Prepare and provide Weekly/Monthly cluster optimization report to customer.
