• Lead a dynamic team of Contract Managers, Shift Managers, and Integration Engineers to:
o Integrate, Monitor & Report the site key feedstock, utilities, and production in Sadara complex (Operation Performance).
o Manage post-award compliance activities for over $1Billion worth Feedstock & Utilities agreements that include but not limited to (EH&S, Quality, Supply performance and financial obligations, disputes)
o Provide the required engineering support to value chain integration and key stream to achieve the site objective.
• Act as a liaison for all regulatory affairs issues (mainly Royal Commission)
• Oversee pre-defined 3rd party services sustainability through and within compliance to contracts.
• Provide support in resolving non-routine issues when requested then turn over solutions for implementation.
• Identifying new cost optimization leads, implemented to results, then maintaining fruitful strategic relationships with the pre-defined 3rd party.

The training includes operation & maintenance and the site engineer duties. and at King Abdullah air force base, Jeddah, on the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Systems. The training include designing, operating, maintaining, and the supervisory of continues monitoring of the base systems.
