B\] Process the Monthly Payroll and maintain payroll information as required:
- Record for New Hires, terminations, Leaves, Benefits deductions and Other Adjustments etc.
- Prepare and maintain related Monthly Payroll records & reports.
- WPS records
C\] Data verification and entry to ensure accurate and timely monthly processing of remuneration payments to employees.
D\] Document workflows and work procedures.
E\] Prepare and process Final Settlement Dues of Employees (EOSB).
F\] Handle and resolve all queries/issues related to Compensation and benefits.
G\] Prepare and submit regular reports on Compensation and benefits.
H\] Resolve problems relating to employees ATM debit Cards, lost ATM Cards and other technical issues.
I\] Update information for both Saudi & Non-Saudi employees, verify deductions, Advances, Over time Hours and others Employee Dues.
J\] Clear problems relating to incorrect salary computations such as missing Over time, explaining deductions and other Settlement issues and calculations.
K\] Prepare and calculate monthly GOSI payments in due time to make not to miss out on government deadlines and company’s internal planning.
L\] Prepare monthly Accruals of GOSI, Severance Pay, Vacations Pay and Air Tickets.
M\] Prepare and enter journal entries for each payroll timely and accurately.

H\] Help the Company to achieve and exceeds the Saudization percentage required by the Ministry of Labor through a proper Saudization plan.
I\] Conduct initial interviews with fresh and mid level candidates and give Recommendation to HR Manager.
J\] Responsible for filtering new Applicants CVs in terms of eligibility and Compatibility with the Company’s policy.
K\] In addition to that I do data entry in Payroll system for new hires.
L\] Assist HR Manager in the Administrative Supervision of all HR related Functions.
M\] Monitors Vacation Leave schedules and submit / follow-up of leave / Travel application and request for Air Ticket fare, End of Service Benefits, Cash advance of Employees.
N\] Coordinate with Finance & accounts Department on the monetary Claims of the travelling workers during vacation and emergency leaves Etc.
O\] Handle transportation requirements of travelling workers to and from The Airport during vacation and emergency leaves.
P\] Act as a focal point for employees issues such as to ensure
Administration of Company benefits programs and process and
Provides assistance to newly hired employees including Visa, Airline Tickets, mobilization allowance, temporary accommodation, annual Tickets, transportation, medical insurance, life insurance, retirement Plan, company trainings and company procedures.

R\] Handling HR system on Data Ocean Software.
S\] Preparing Salaries for the Employees on the Payroll system including Overtime, late deduction, other allowances, punishment, other Deductions, sick leave salaries, etc.
