• Handling ongoing projects at the plant, communicate
with other departments on various project activities as
needed.
• Generate annual performance report of the whole
department.
• Deal with the dispatch, loading/unloading contractors
and manages relevant issues.
• Deal with the marketing and distributions teams on
daily dispatches.
• Participate in procurement procedures for chemicals
and equipment required at the plan including catalyst,
safety equipment.
• Ensure smooth inspection visits for boiler inspectors,
safety department staff, pollution control Dept,
technical teams from Financial Institutions and other
stakeholders.
• Plan and Manage Annual Shut Downs at Sulfuric Acid,
Single Super Phosphate and Zinc Sulphate Plant.
• Participate in recruitment of Engineering Staff and
other technical sub-ordinates.
• Implementation of ISO 9001:2008 QMS at the Plant.
