• Oversee landscaping operations& projects in different communities in TECOM, MEERAS, and DUBAI PROPERTIES.
• Responsible for supervising the operations and maintenance (O&M)of the landscaping assets to ensure quality maintenance and overall landscaping aesthetics in the communities.
• Quality control of all O&M landscape projects including implementation of SLA and KPI.
• Manage investors/stakeholder's complaints and ensure reaching a resolution within the key performance indicators (KPI) to perform the best possible service quality.
• On-site visual audit inspections & control in order to ensure compliance with required standards and procedures.
• Follow up with service providers on daily, monthly, and annual PPM tasks and ensure they are performed on time and documented including the Reactive maintenance (RM) tasks.
• Monitor irrigation systems including irrigation system scheduling, Budgeting, Operation of Irrigation Central Control System, irrigation renovation/ rehabilitation works, and emergency repairs.
• Evaluate the quality of performed maintenance activities, document and track the KPIs.
• Highlight and implement enhancement ideas required for improving landscaping in communities.
• Highlight value engineering ideas for saving operational and utility costs.
• Coordinate with other departments and authorities for any issues related to landscape infrastructure maintenance and operations or construction projects.

• Issue violation notices on major infractions and recommends corrections. Ensure deficiencies are corrected up to the required standard.
• Provide information and respond to inquiries from service providers, contractors, customers, stakeholders, and authorities by maintaining close coordination with everyone.
• Carry out Site-survey and visual inspection to assess the condition of all assets.
• Monthly progress meetings with service providers to discuss site operations and challenges. Review weekly and monthly reports received from Service providers.
• Perform administrative tasks associated with administering landscape maintenance contracts, liaising with procurement for tendering of new contracts, handing over of sites from outgoing to incoming contractors to issue TOC.
• Preparation of scope of services for Tendering of Landscaping & Irrigation maintenance packages.
• Preparation of Budgets for upcoming contracts and planned enhancement works.
• Preparation of landscaping policies & procedures and post-approval implementation.
• Involved in the development and deployment of URBANISE & MAXIMO asset management system throughout the districts to monitor operations and the developer’s assets remotely.

* Preparation of different reports, irrigation schedules, maintenance team schedules and controller
