Job Responsibilities:
Accountant
 Create daily Revenue report.
 Check and very posting of financial transactions on daily basis.
 Balancing of credit card transactions & Posting of CC transaction after bank transfer
 Tariff posting and guest folio’s Checking with checkout folios
 Company ledger balancing with monthly invoicing
 Bank dealing deposit & withdrawals, online banking, Swift transfers etc.
 Daily/Monthly reporting to Dubai municipality department on his own web based software, Submitting municipality fee to DTCM department
 Preparing online commissions for agents & website engines.
 Monthly balancing & reporting /
 Monthly prepare Profit & Loss Reports
 Preparing & Posting of Petty cash & Reporting to GM Office as per cash flow
 General Ledger Posting and daily balancing of Cash withdrawal & Deposits
