Responsibilities:
• Establish the HR Department.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
• Identify staff recruit, interview and select applicants.
• Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
• Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
• Conduct analyses of jobs, salaries and incentives; make recommendations and review salary increases for compliance with company policy and budget, and participate in compensation surveys.
• Oversee all benefits including administration. Upkeep of the human resource database & filing system; monitor headcount by department and maintain a record of vacation and sick time used by each employee; plan company events, ensure seamless delivery of Benefits plans and employee issue resolution.; general office insurance (i.e. Health, General Liability, Workers Comp, etc).
