To establish effective working relationship with the IT Operations Manager, agreeing direction and priorities for future developments.
To effectively ensure the availability of the WAN Infrastructure, thus enabling user access to business critical systems.
To participate in formulating business requirements for network operating systems and identify and trial possible systems and generate reports and recommendations which can subsequently be submitted to the IT management teams for future networking technology.
To establish and maintain a stable network environment capable of delivering timely, accurate and reliable information in response to business needs from all sites within the KSA.

Configuring and defineing the network devices ( Routers & Switches ) and Installing it and check the connectivity and Make sure the availability of it.
monitor all issues related to networking by using advanced tools such as, CiscoWorks, WhatsUp and peribit and then direct the traffics to available links accordingly.
Activate the Network Communication Lines ( set up the link on network and assure that the link is being terminated to Network end - Activate the links by doing the entire configuration - Exam the link and put it under monitoring for testing its stability.
Troubleshooting - receiving calls from Helpdesk for any proble ( Users & Customer )and trace the problem till to be resolved.
