• Supervising the General Ledger and Trial Balance of the Company.
• Preparing Wages sheet, Salary sheet & Overtime at the end of each month.
• Preparing Monthly Store Consumption Statement and reconciling it with Accounting records.
• Verification of all the bills and payments to staff and vendors.
• Ensuring complete follow and in time recovery of the receivables.
• Coordinating the Internal and External Auditors of the company for quick and efficient completion of the assignments.
• Conducting Stock Taking on monthly basis to reconcile the physical and recorded quantity of stores and stocks.
• Preparation and verification of Cash, Bank and Journal Voucher on Daily basis using Oracle Form Runtime Accounting Software.
• Proper record Keeping of Cash, Bank & Journal vouchers.
• Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statement at the end of each month.
• Issuing Sale Tax Invoices to the customers.
• Preparing Daily Cash & Bank Status Reports, Cost Control Reports and other reports as required by the Management.
• Prepare and e-filing Monthly and Annual Withholding Tax Statements with FBR.
• Upload and e-filing Sales Tax Return with FBR in supervision of Assistant Manager Accounts.
• Preparing working for CPR and ensuring timely payment of Withholding Tax deducted at source in Government Treasury.
